关于构建合肥市智能交通系统的思考

随着合肥城市规模的不断扩大，机动车保有量每年以15％到20％速度增长，道路管理亟须智能化参与。采用智能化管理，是为了更好地掌握道路实时变化，制定对策主动干预交通，使交通事故、车辆拥堵发生率降到最低点，全力保证道路畅通。目前，合肥市在智能交通（ITS）、系统控制、物流规划与管理领域已有一定的发展。在道路“大建设”后所形成的新的城市交通系统状况下，构建和运用智能交通系统，将对合肥城市的现代化发展具有积极的推动作用。

Thought of Constructing Intelligent Transportation System in Hefei City

With the size of Hefei city constantly expanding, the motor vehicles increasing 15 percent to 20 percent per year, it is urgent to use intelligent system in road management which aims to grasp the real-time changes in the road, take the initiative to develop intervention measures traffic, make the traffic accidents, traffic jams rate dropped to the lowest point, and ensure smooth flow of road. At present, the city of Hefei has recieved some development in Intelligent Transportation system, system control, logistics planning and management. After the formation of the new urban transport system circumstances, the construction and use of Intelligent Transportation System will play an important part in the development of Hefei city＇s modernization.
