| 摘 要： | 当前，我国弱势群体犯罪问题十分突出，是社会转型阶段各种矛盾的集中反映，其社会危害性不可低估。因此，必须加强弱势群体犯罪的防控对策研究，加大对弱势群体的法律保护、社会扶助、文化、教育及心理防控，并建立健全相关机制，以促进和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the weak group＇s crime is an Outstanding question in our country, which is the focus reflection of various contradictions during the period of social transition. It is bound to bring great harm to the society. Therefore, we are expected to expose primary importance to the research on preventing the crime, increase relevant legal protection, provide social, cultural, educational and psychological help, establish and improve related mechanism so as to construct harmonious society. |
