| 摘 要： | 大学生村官选任引起社会的广泛关注，从大学生村官选任可以看出我国高校对大学生道德教育有些缺失之处。高校应改变以往陈旧的道德教育模式，采取正确的教育策略来适应大学生道德教育新要求，着力提高大学生道德教育效率，力争培养出德才兼备的大学毕业生。

| Abstract: | Electing the college-graduate village officials has aroused wide concern of the society from which some disadvantages in moral education has appeared correspondingly.Therefore,colleges should change the traditional education mode,adapt new strategies to improve the efficiency and try best to cultivate graduates who have both a good character and professional competence. |
