对公安院校警务化管理的几点思考

警务化管理是公安院校区别于普通院校进行管理的一种方式,在公安院校的进程中起到了重要作用,但其发展至今也存在着重管理、轻教育,重共性、轻个性以及部分学生管理干部素质不高等问题。该文首先论述了警务化管理的必要性,并针对其存在的一些问题提出了统一警务化管理的指导思想、处理好警务化管理中共性与学生个性发展的关系以及切实加强学生管理干部队伍建设的对策建议,以期对公安院校警务化管理有所裨益。

Reflections on Policing Management of Public Security Colleges

Policing management has played an important role in the development process of public security colleges,which also makes this kind of colleges different from ordinary colleges. Of course, there exist some issues on its management, such as more emphasis on management than education, more commonality than personality and some of the student cadres lacking management experiences. This paper hereby discusses the necessity of policing management, proposes a guiding ideology on the unified policing management, and gives some countermeasures to strengthen the management of student cadre so as to be helpful to the policing management of the public security colleges.
