| 摘 要： | 监狱人民警察，在本质上是人类创造的一种社会政治文化现象。人类社会创设了监狱警察现象．就相伴而产生了监狱警察文化。一部监狱警察的发展史，也就是监狱警察文化的发展史。从监狱警察文化的特质和实践看，监狱人民警察文化的基本构成可概括为：监狱警察精神、监狱警察职业道德、监狱警察专业知识和专业技能、监狱警察形象、监狱警察文艺等。

| Abstract: | The people＇s police in prison is essentially a kind of cultural phenomenon created by human beings which reflects social politics. Human beings created prison police, then the related culture occurred. The history of the prison police is the developing history of prison police＇s culture whose basic elements can be summarized as the following aspects： prison police＇s spirit, prison police＇s professional ethics, the prison police＇s professional knowledge and professional skill, prison police＇s image, and the like. |
