论监狱建筑的功能与社会文化的协调性——以监狱建筑的文化传承、功能完善与结构创新为视角

审视现代社会发展对于监狱行刑的要求,现代监狱更加强调将刑罚文化上升到法治文化,甚至于社会治理与人类发展的文化的功能展示。因而,监狱建筑的羁押囚禁、生活起居、教化改造、劳作技能传授等四大功能应当更加重视刑罚执行、罪犯犯罪心理及行为矫治、罪犯社会回归教育等主要因素的文化传承,更加重视与社会文化的协调一致性。监狱建筑布局与功能构思必须始终如一的贯穿刑罚这根主线,体现法治内涵,外观上凸现地方文化特色,融入社会格调,彰显社会内涵,结构上突出以人为本,富于人文内涵,规划上注重规范与传承,显现发展气息,单元细节上重视人性发展,突出生存权利。
