| Abstract: | There are three forms of expression of the multiple level marketing crime, whose investigation should be carried out around its basic information, IP address and account number. The measures to investigate it include widening up the clue source, establishing the investigating idea, using the internet to collect evidence and using investigative tactics. Meanwhile, the investigation should be combined with taking precautions against it. |
