| 摘 要： | 在网络经济迅速发展的今天,电子商务已经深入我们的日常生活,但随着电子商务的不断发展,电子商务本身所固有的一些缺点,以及相应制度的不配套,使得人们对电子商务的信用问题产生了诸多怀疑。因此分析电子商务的缺点及其产生的原因,并提出解决的思路,就成了时代的迫切要求。
