马克思劳动权利思想的内涵及其启示——基于《资本论》的文本分析

Content and Enlightenment of Marx’s Labor Rights Thought——An Text Analysis Based on Das Kapital

As the core notion of Marxist political philosophy,right is centrally characterized as the labor right in Das Kapital.Marx interpreted labor rights through the separation of human’s rights from the governing capacity of labor ownership and the conflict between labor rights and capital power and made a factual judgment on the core connotation of labor rights.It was based on this interpretation that Marx,taking the future prospect of labor rights as enlightenment in Das Kapital,sets up a framework to protect the labor rights and interests of labor rights as the means,and to evaluate the value of labor rights as the purpose,to make labor rights obtain their freedom,so as to realize the free and comprehensive development of human beings.
