| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,虽然我国经济快速发展,但城乡居民收入的差距在不断扩大,其原因主要在于城乡分割的劳动力市场。应通过户籍制度改革、完善社会保障制度、劳动力就业市场改革等途径扩大农民的非家就业与领域,缩小城乡差距。
