林业系统渎职犯罪的思考

最高人民检察院于2008年4月22日下午召开反渎职侵权专项工作电视电话会议，决定于2008年5月至2009年11月间，在全国检察机关开展查办危害能源、资源和生态环境渎职犯罪专项工作。明确涉林渎职犯罪案件是这次专项工作重点查办的案件之一。林业是国家重点发展产业，在促进经济社会可持续发展，推进生态文明建设中具有十分重要的作用。在新形势下如何提高对林业系统渎职犯罪重要性、紧迫性的认识，如何做好惩治和预防此类渎职犯罪工作，已成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。
