| 摘 要： | 在财产保险合同中,当事人常常因对赔偿数额认识不一致而发生纠纷,这主要是由于他们对财产保险的赔偿原则及保险价值、保险金额的确定方法等问题存在不同理解所致。本文结合具体案例对财产保险赔偿中涉及的法律问题进行了有益的探讨。
