That's the developing and perfecting of the previous police administrative legislation.The passing and actualization of Security Administration Punishment Act is significant to criterion and ensure the public security organ to execute the law strictly,to respect and ensure the human rights and to construct the harmonious society in the activity of the security administration punishment. |
