| 摘 要： | 逻辑规律是关于思维的逻辑形式的规律，它由同一律、不矛盾律、排中律和充足理由律组成。在侦查审讯中，运用逻辑规律，是侦查人员正确思维的必要条件。本文主要是论述在侦查审讯实践中如何保证侦查人员具有逻辑思维能力，及时揭露犯罪嫌疑人违反逻辑规律的错误，确保刑侦工作的顺利进行。
