电子信息工程专业应用型本科人才培养的思考和实践

社会发展不仅需要研究型人才、学术型人才,更需要大量的从事实际工作的应用型人才,独立学院的出现正是要解决和缓解对于应用型人才大量需求的矛盾。应用型人才的培养方式与普通高校人才的培养模式是不同的,本文采用倒推法,提出了电子信息工程专业应用型本科人才培养的新思路和方法,并就课程体系、教师队伍、教材及教学法进行了探讨和思考。该方法很容易在独立学院其它专业中进行推广,为其它专业的人才培养提供新思路。
