学院要健康持续发展,必须以科学发展观为指导,走廉政建设之路。一是层层建立党风廉政建设责任制,规范完善各种廉政规范制度;二是开展多种形式的党风党纪廉政教育活动,增强党员干部清廉自律意识;三是大力推进院务公开,加大对重点领域和关键环节监管力度;四是认真查处违法违纪案件,重点解决重点部位的突出问题,精心打造学院清廉健康发展的环境。
