| 摘 要： | 行政复议是行政管理相对人寻求权利救济的一个重要途径,但由于起步晚尚处于建设期等原因,我国现阶段的行政复议制度还存在着很多有待完善的地方。本文笔者主要从行政复议的机关、行政复议的范围、行政复议与行政诉讼的衔接中存在的问题入手提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | The administrative reconsideration is an important way for the people of relative rights to seek relief.But because of its later start and still in the construction period and other reasons,there are still many places need to be improved in our current system of administrative reconsideration.This paper gave some suggestions mainly from the existing problems in the administrative reconsideration organ,the scope of administrative reconsideration,and the interface of administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation. |
