| 摘 要： | 素质教育的全面推进过程中,考试改革是不能忽略的重要方面。法学课程是公安院校课程体系中专业基础课的重要组成部分。法学课程教学效果不仅关乎学生对相关知识的把握和法律素养的积淀,而且直接涉及到学生终生职业发展能力的培养。在素质教育背景下,结合法学教育的规律和公安业务的实际需要,我们应该建立一套适合公安院校法学课程的全程性多元化考试模式和体系。
