Modern transition power of economic crime——An analysis of prevention practice of economic crime

With the advancement and the development of China＇s socialist marketing economy and the increasing level of social modernization, affected by the economic mode and the social production patterns, the economic crime constantly appears with many forms, which has brought a tremen- dous impact on China＇s economic develop- ment, leading the economic crime to show the changing trends. This change caused by many factors, such as the economic trans- formation, social structure adjustment and social control. Given the tremendous impact of economic crime, our government must attach great importance to the investigation and prevention of economic crime, to en- sure the safety of China＇s economy and the normal development of the national economy.
