| 摘 要： | 行政执法责任制是规范和监督行政执法活动的一项重要制度。尽管我国推行行政执法责任制,有力的提高了行政执法水平,促进了依法行政的进程。但是推行过程中还存在责任不到位、评议考核机制不科学、责任追究标准不统一等问题。本文针对实施行政执法责任制中存在的主要问题,提出了完善行政执法责任制的主要对策。
