| 摘 要： | 本文认为并案侦查的前提首先在于认定并安，而认定并案究其实质而言是一种同一认定或种类认定，这种认定是通过对犯罪分子在其所作案件中的特征反映体的特征的比较而做出的。进而对认定的特征、认定的方法以及并案侦查的形式和侦查思路作了简要阐述。对以前有关并案侦查的理论进行了修正。
