| 摘 要： | 治安调解在中国实行20多年来,公安机关充分运用治安调解,积极化解了矛盾纠纷,有力地促进了社会和谐的同时,在治安调解的过程中也出现了一些问题,这些问题的凸显影响了治安调解功能和作用的发挥。本文主要在深入分析基层公安机关在进行治安调解时普遍存在的一些突出问题的基础上,有针对性地提出相应的对策。
