| 摘 要： | 赌博是常见的违法犯罪活动.通过对赌资数额如何认定、涉赌交通工具如何处理、赌资较大的标准、为涉赌人提供资金行为定性、携巨款参赌行为性质认定、赌博罪与非罪的界限进行分析,进而明晰涉赌违法犯罪活动的司法实务.

| Abstract: | Gambling is a common illegal and criminal activity. This paper analyzes how to identify the amount of gambling fund, deal with gambling-related vehicles, determine the standard of the larger gambling fund, qualify the behavior of providing fund for gambling, determine the nature of gambling with huge amount of fund behavior and delimit the gambling crime boundaries, thus clarify judicial practice of illegal and criminal gambling activities. |
