| 摘 要： | 证据审查规则是指在收集证据、采用证据、核实证据、运用证据时所必须遵循的准则。它不是一般的原则和制度,而是诉讼实践中可以操作的尺度。刑事诉讼证据具有客观性、合法性和相关性这三个基本特征,这三个特征是制定证据审查规则的基础。

| Abstract: | The rules of reviewing evidence refers to the criteria that must be followed in the collection of evidence, the applying of evidence,the verifying the evidence and the use of evidence.It is not the general principles and systems,but the scale can operate in the litigation practice. Criminal evidence has three basic characteristics of objectivity,legitimacy and relevance,which are the basis of formulating the rules of reviewing evidence. |
