| 摘 要： | 大陆法系国家实行法定鉴定人资格管理制度，各国通过立法明确规定鉴定人的资格、鉴定人的责任及各种相关制度，以此来保证鉴定人符合鉴定能力方面的要求，并能作出客观、准确的鉴定结论，未来我国鉴定人制度的设计将立足于大陆法系的资格型鉴定人，同时在某些方面吸收英美法系的某些合理因素。
