| Abstract: | Procuratorial organ as a legal supervision department took on important responsibilities in the prevention of duty crimes.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of duty crimes, psychological factors and social factors,the article discusses the prevention mechanism of duty crimes,effectively contain the spread of such crimes. |
