新形势下公安民警配枪及训练思考

为了更好地保护人民生命安全,维护社会稳定,原有民警在执法中配枪模式和枪械训练工作亟待加强和提高。用训练来提高民警配枪安全意识和实战能力的＂多练则安＂理念,不但能提高日常警务配枪的安全系数,还能使民警在遇到突发暴恐事件时熟练应对,合理使用武器,快速形成战斗力,提高处突反恐能力,这是新形势下对公安民警配枪与训练提出的新要求。

The concept of ＂more practices make safety＂ by using training to improve safety awareness and combat capacity of police revolver can not only improve the safety factor of daily police revolver, but also make the police skillfully deal with the incidents when they encounter unexpected terrorist violence. It is new requirement for the police revolver and training under the new situation to reasonably use weapons, rapidly form combat capacities and improve counter-terrorism capabilities.
