摘    要:长期以来法律教学中的问题是一直走不出教与学的诸多困惑与纠结。教师怎样教?学生如何学?教师如何发现学生的潜质从而激发学生的潜能?学生如何找到学习的动力从而享受学习的乐趣?教师如何突破落后陈旧的教学模式?学生如何在有限的期间获得最大的收益?本文将对此进行探讨。

Abstract:For a long time the question in the teaching of law is that cannot get out of the confusion and tangle of teaching and learning.How do the teachers teach? How do the students learn? How do the teachers find students' potential to stimulate their potential? How do the students find the motivation to learn to enjoy learning? How do the teachers break the antiquated mode of teaching? How do the students get the maximum benefit in a limited period? This article explored those problems.
