| 摘 要： | 青少年犯罪问题是当今世界引人关注的重要问题.而家庭则是青少年犯罪的重要诱发地.(一)家庭结构对青少年犯罪的影响首先是家庭结构小型化而产生的隔代教养问题;其次是家庭结构的缺陷问题;最后是病理家庭问题.(二)家庭教养管理形式对青少年犯罪的影响教养管理的自由型;教养管理的严厉型;教养管理的溺爱型.(三)家庭人文环境对青少年犯罪的影响家族成员的教育素质;家庭成员的道德修养;家庭的经济状况;家族成员的互动关系.

| Abstract: | Juvenile delinquency is so serious that every nation pays more-than-enough attention to it. And we must be aware that home is an evocative place. First comes impact of smaller family, for example, generation gap, one-parent and ill family. Second are ways of family management. Too free,too strict and too doting ways are not good. Third comes influence of family human environment. Educational and moral quality of the family members, economic condition and relationship of the family members sometimes do work. |
