对未成年人犯罪案件司法实践的研析

近年来，未成年人犯罪已成为一个严峻的社会问题，这不仅仅关系到某个家庭，更重要的是关系到整个社会的和谐稳定。作为司法机关，执法者的执法思维和执法理念极为重要，在司法实践中，不同程度地存在着由于理念不同而导致对未成年人犯罪案件的处理上出现了偏离教育和挽救为主这个司法宗旨的问题。文中从实践者的角度，结合对具体司法实践的思考，分析未成年人犯罪案件办理中存在的执法理念问题，并试着提出对策和建议，以期对今后办理未成年人犯罪案件的司法实践有所裨益。

Research and Analysis of judicial practice in juvenile delinquency cases

In recent years,juvenile de-linquency has become a serious social problem,which is not only related to a family,more importantly,is related to the social harmony and stability.As the judiciary,law enforcement thinking and concept is extremely important.In the judicial practice,handling cases of juvenile delinquency deviate from the main purposes of education and save due to different ideas.The author,from the perspective of practitioners,combined with the thinking of a specific judicial practice,analyzed the problem of law enforcement idea in handling juvenile delinquency cases and tried to come up with strategies and recommendations,in order to have benefits for handling juvenile delinquency cases in the future.
