基层公安机关加强社会治安管理研究

当前,社会治安复杂多变的发展趋势日益明显,能否提高驾驭动态社会治安局势的能力,实现发案少、秩序好、社会稳定、群众满意的目标成为检验公安工作成效的重要标准。但是,社会治安管理工作涉及面广,群众关注程度高,不仅要处理好各类社会矛盾,同时还要解决民生问题。在社会治安动态化特征日益明显的今天,人民群众对社会平安、和谐、稳定又有了更高更新的要求和期待。如何充分发挥公安机关在社会治安管理工作中的主力军作用,不断加强和创新社会管理工作,使各项管理措施落到实处,是当前需要研究和解决的重要课题。

How to strengthen the management of social security in the grassroots public security organs

At present,the complexity of social security is increasingly clear that whether can improve the capacity to control the dynamic situation to reach the goal of low incidence,good order,social stability and being satisfied by people has become an important standard to test the effectiveness of public security.However,the management of social security involves a wide range and high degree of public concern,so it should not only properly handle various social contradictions,but also address the people’s livelihood.With the increasingly dynamic characteristics of the social security,the people have higher update requirements and expectations on the social peace,harmony and stability.How to give full play of the the main force for the public security organs in the management of social security and continue to strengthen social management and innovation to implement the management measures is the important issue to study and address currently.
