论高职学生英语自主学习能力的培养

社会生活的信息化和经济全球化,使英语的重要性日益突出。作为人们生活和工作中必不可少的一种交际工具,英语已成为高职学生必备的一门技能。但我国高职学生自主学习英语的现状令人堪忧,教师在教学过程中,应帮助学生意识到学习英语的重要性,运用一些策略和方法培养学生自主学习英语的习惯和能力,切实提高教学质量,提高学生的英语实际应用能力,为其终身学习奠定基础。

On development of English independent learning ability of higher vocational students

The informatization of social life and economic globalization cause the growing importance of English.As an essential communication tool in people’s life and work,English has become an essential skill of the higher vocational students.However,the situation of English independent learning of higher vocational students is worrying,teachers should help students realize the importance of learning English in the teaching process,and use some strategies and methods to cultivate the students’ independent learning habit and capacity to effectively improve the quality of teaching,to enhance students’ English skills and to lay the foundation for their lifelong learning.
