未成年人犯罪的特点、原因与对策建议——重庆市某区未成年人刑事犯罪情况调查

通过对重庆市某区人民法院少年刑事审判庭未成年人犯罪案件情况的调查研究,发现未成年人犯罪的原因主要包括:家庭的、学校的、社会的以及未成年人自身的原因。对家庭、学校、社会及未成年人提出相应的对策建议,以期预防和减少未成年人违法犯罪行为的发生,促进和谐社会的构建。

Characteristics, reasons and countermeasure suggestions of juvenile delinquency- Investigation of juvenile delinquency in a district of Chongqing

Through the investigations and studies of juvenile criminal cases in juvenile criminal courts in a district People's Court of Chongqing,we found that the reasons for juvenile delinquency include:family,school,society and their own reasons for minors.The paper proposed appropriate countermeasures proposals to the family,school,society and minors with a view to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency acts and to promote the construction of a harmonious society.
