公安机关防治未成年人犯罪存在的问题及改进措施

未成年人犯罪与毒品泛滥、环境污染并称人类的三大公害,也是世界各国十分突出的社会问题。新形势下我国公安机关防治未成年人犯罪工作,既是对未成年人犯罪的控制和打击,更是依法维护未成年人权益、促进未成年人健康成长的人性化服务工作。笔者根据所从事学习研究的方向,结合我国公安机关在防治未成年人犯罪工作中存在的问题,探索如何改进防治未成年人犯罪的措施。
