| Abstract: | Imputation principle of fairness isan independent imputation principle of tort li-ability which is the necessary supplement forthe two imputation principles--liability for faultand liability without fault. It is the embodimentof Civil Law's Principle of fairness and suit-able for the realistic demands. This essay ar-ticulates the value of imputation principle offairness, in addition to this, it discusses thosequestions such as the condition of application ,the scope of application etc. |
