| Abstract: | The financial consumer is a product of the rapid development of financial market, the expanding concept of consumer in the financial field. With the outbreak of the financial crisis in the United States, people focus on the legal protection of financial consumers. This paper started from a basic overview of financial consumer, discussed the significance of the protection of financial consumer, learned from experience of the foreign financial markets in the United States, Japan and other countries and the protection of the interests of financial consumers, and proposed legislation proposal to improve the protection system of financial consumer in China. |
