对公安警务实战教官教学的探索

随着公安教育改革的进程,公安学历教育向培训转化,教师向教官转化成为必然。对警务实战教官的职能、教学特点、教学原则、教学内容和教学方法等问题的探索成为改革的当务之急。教官的教学直接影响着教学与训练的效果,关系到警察的执法行为。向训练要素质,向素质要警力,是公安教育培训赋予教官的职责,教官应着眼于＂战训合一＂的预案式教学和条令化教学的模式,创立一套中国式的警务实战教学与训练体系,为公安现实的执法实战服务。
