| 摘 要： | 我国刑事诉讼法所规定的证据种类不能全面概括实践中起着证明作用的材料建议立法补克相应的证据种类。刑事诉讼法关于各种证据的归类和排序存在缺乏逻辑性和实用性的问题，必须进行调整。

| Abstract: | The kinds of evidence regulated in Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China can not sum up the materials acting as evidences in practice. The kinds of criminal proceedings should be complemented by legislation. Some logical and practical problems about the classification and order if all kinds of evidence in the criminal procedure law should be revised. |
