| 摘 要： | 当前司法实践中,常遇到证人出庭少、作证难甚至拒绝作证的问题。本文依据新修订的《刑事诉讼法》,结合司法实践,研究证人作证制度,分析证人拒绝作证的成因,并提出相应对策和立法建议。
