| 摘 要： | 经济犯罪具有贪利性、隐蔽性、复杂性与多变性的特点,自全球性金融危机爆发以来,经济犯罪案件日益增多,经济犯罪领域不断扩展延伸,经济犯罪出现新形式。必须强化预防和打击经济犯罪工作的观念,加大对经济犯罪案件的打击力度,提高政府各部门的监管力度,加强法制宣传力度,有效防治经济犯罪,促进社会主义市场经济健康有序地发展。
