| 摘 要： | 刑事申诉制度是我国刑事诉讼的基本制度之一。人民检察院办理刑事申诉案件,是检察机关履行法律监督职能和完善内部监督和制约的有效途径。现阶段,我国申诉制度还不是很完善,在实践中存在诸多问题。本文从现阶段我国刑事申诉制度存在的问题及产生的原因、改进和完善刑事申诉制度方面进行了论述。

| Abstract: | The criminal complaint system is the one of the basic system of criminal proceedings.Transacting criminal complaint cases,is an effective way for people's procuratorate to improve the performance of legal supervision and internal supervision and control.At this stage,the complaint system in China is not perfect, and there are many problems in practice. This paper discussed from the problems and causes of the criminal complaints system and the improvement and perfection of the criminal complaints system. |
