| 摘 要： | 面对＂诉讼爆炸＂的局面,在我国目前诉讼与非诉讼的功能严重失衡的现实情况下,建立多元化纠纷解决机制,实现诉讼内外各种纠纷解决机制的功能相济、有机衔接与整合,是稳定社会发展、建立和谐社会的必然要求。
