| 摘 要： | 民生问题关乎经济的发展、社会的稳定,是国家繁荣富强的根基。但是,在民生领域存在的一些职务犯罪,破坏了社会和谐的基础,严重影响了人民的利益,损害了政府形象。文中针对这一问题从民生领域存在的职务犯罪特点、成因和对策方面加以探讨。

| Abstract: | Livelihood issues related to economic development and social stability are the foundation of national prosperity. However,there are some jobrelated crimes in the people＇s livelihood,undermining the foundation of social harmony,seriously affecting the interests of the people and undermining the government＇s image.This paper explored the characteristics,causes and preventive measures to jobrelated crimes in current livelihood. |
