| 摘 要： | 本文对当前网吧里的各种社会问题和安全问题进行了阐述,并从净化Internet信息、自觉维护网络安全、人人安全上网的角度提出了三条上网时应自觉遵守的纪律和八项要注意的安全问题,目的是倡导人们自觉维护和管理社会上的网吧,创造良好的上网环境,从而更好地保护自己的信息安全。

| Abstract: | this essay has an explanation on social and secure problems that occur in netbar, then from three viewpoints of clarifying internet information and maintaining network, safety self-consciously and everybody's safe surfing, the author has put forward three disciplines and eight attentions which should be abided by self-consciously on surfing. This essay's purpose is to propose people to maintain and manage the netbars of society, creating an sound environment of surfing, so as to protect our self's information security better. |
