| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着辽宁省经济的持续稳定发展,国际间经贸交流与合作日渐增多,涉外经济犯罪案件也越来越多,其发展趋势应当引起我们足够的重视。本文在调查研究的基础上,概括了辽宁省经济犯罪的基本情况,总结了经济犯罪的特点及防控对策。这对于保护外国(包括地区)企业、机构和个人的合法权益,以及中国的社会、经济秩序和公民权利都是十分重要的。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the sustained and steady economic development in Liaoning Province, international trade and economic exchanges and cooperation are increasing, and the number of foreign-related cases of economic crime is also increasing.Its development trend should cause us enough attention.This paper,on the basis of investigation and research,outlined the basic situation of economic crime in Liaoning province,summed up the characteristics of economic crimes and prevention and control measures.It is very important for the protection of foreign (including regional)enterprises, institutions and the legitimate rights and interests of individuals,as well as China's social and economic order and civil rights. |
