书记官专业工学结合培养模式的研究与实践

书记官专业是2004年教育部颁布的《普通高等学校高职高专教育指导性专业目录（试行）》中一项新设专业。新的专业即意味着强大的市场需求，同时也伴随着教学经验的匮乏。这些因素制约和影响了现有书记官专业的教学质量，出现了学生所学非所用，事倍功半的弊端。有鉴于此，课题组立足于书记员的工作职责，经过多方调研和细致分析，研发并实施了着眼于书记员典型工作能力的“工学结合”的培养模式。经过两年多实践教学检验，该教学模式使得本专业在专业建设、学生素质提升和行业影响力等多个领域取得了显著的教学成果。

Research and Practice of"combining work with study"training model in secretary major

Secretary major is a new major in the ＂the guiding professional directory of higher vocational education （for try）＂ promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2004. New major means a strong market demand, but also accompanied by a lack of teaching experience. These factors restrict and impact the existing quality of teaching with the students＇s no use of the learnt, the drawbacks of getting half the result with twice the effort. Views of this, the group based on the clerk~~s job duties, after careful research and detailed analysis, research and implement a ＂combining work with study＂ training model with an eye to the typical ability. After more than two years of teaching practice, the teaching mode makes the major has achieved remarkable results of teaching in the major building, upgrading the quality of students and industry influence and other fields.
