| 摘 要： | 我们对公安机关增加人事出口已经呼吁多年,但是对怎样增加出口、具体往哪出口研究的不够。认真研究公安机关人事管理制度的变化,从理论层面和实践的角度探讨增加公安机关人事管理出口的必要性和可行性,有利于促进公安工作和公安队伍的正规化建设。
