| 摘 要： | 土地，是农民生存之源，在土地征收补偿过程中，职务犯罪频繁，笔者以某基层检察院所办此类案件为例，分析农村土地征收补偿领域职务犯罪的特点，对此类犯罪高发的主客观原因进行探究，重在研制农村土地补偿领域职务犯罪的预防对策。

| Abstract: | Land is the source of the survival of farmers,while in the process of land acquisition compensation,job-related crimes are frequent.The author took such a case run by grass-roots procuratorates as an example,analyzed the characteristics of the job-related crimes committed in the land compensation of rural areas and explored the subjective and objective reasons to such crimes,focusing on the preventive measures to such crimes. |
