| Abstract: | In recent years,with the severe punishment of duty crimes,prosecutors pay more attention to the prevention of duty crimes.Preventing not separated from fighting is to determine the basic range of duty crime prevention;fighting not separated from preventing is to achieve the fundamental purpose of duty crime prevention.Interaction of fighting and preventing and integration of detecting and preventing are effective to improve the professional prevention level. |
