| 摘 要： | 在我国倡导依法治国的大背景下,国家既需要法学研究型人才,也需要大量法学应用型人才,更需要从事法律辅助性工作的实用型人才,这就使得政法职业院校肩负着为国家培养实用型法律人才的艰巨任务。文章以政法类高职院校创新发展为视角,提出了若干实现路径。

| Abstract: | In the background of advocating the rule of law in China, the State needs not only research talents and applied talents of law, but also practical talents engaged in supporting legal work, which makes the higher vocational colleges of politics and law shoulder arduous task of training practical legal personnel. Taking the perspective of innovative development of higher vocational colleges of politics and law, the paper made a number of paths to achieve. |
